Beall Barclay: How many years have you been with Beall Barclay?  

Pam Piotrowski: I have been with Beall Barclay for 3 years now.

BB: What is your role within Beall Barclay?  

Pam: I am currently involved in client bookkeeping, processing payroll, reporting sales tax and payroll taxes. I am also certified in QuickBooks. I like to keep up on the newest versions of QuickBooks, so I can help our current clients, as well as assist those who call in needing to upgrade or install QuickBooks into their systems. In addition, during tax season I prepare trust tax returns for each office.

BB: How have you contributed to the success of Beall Barclay?  

Pam: I have always been one to put body and soul into my work. I believe this contributes success to the company, as every company needs employees who are dedicated and loyal.

BB: What did you do prior to joining Beall Barclay?

Pam: Before coming to Beall Barclay I worked for Wadsworth Golf Construction Company for 22 years as the office manager and head of accounting. They were closing the Florida office, so I moved to a small CPA firm in Jacksonville for two years. We then decided to move back to this area to be closer to family.

BB: Are there any memorable experiences you’d like to share that typify what it’s like to work at Beall Barclay?  

Pam: When I come to work I work on specific projects related to my clients, but there is always something different to work on which challenges me to continue to hone my skills.

BB: Talk about the culture at Beall Barclay. What makes this a unique place to work?  

Pam: The family atmosphere is what I like best about working at Beall Barclay.

BB: Beall Barclay prides itself in enabling associates to maintain a strong life/work balance.   How has this approach impacted you?  

Pam: The firm supports me in making my family my greatest priority. I can always make up work if I need to go to a school meeting or an event for my 12-year old.

BB: What's your favorite part of northwest Arkansas to explore?  

Pam: I enjoy all of the sightseeing you can do living in Northwest Arkansas. My daughter and I like to explore the caves.

BB: What does the name Beall Barclay mean to you? 

Pam: When you work at Beall Barclay, you have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele.

BB: How do you see your future at Beall Barclay unfolding?  

Pam: I see a future of continued team spirit for our firm.

BB: What qualities do you think a person needs to have to succeed at Beall Barclay?  

Pam: I believe a potential Beall Barclay employee needs to be client driven, dedicated and loyal.

BB: What do you like to do outside of work?

Pam: I enjoy spending time with family, planting flowers and reading. I also have a new hobby of quilting.
